About Me
For many years I have struggled to maintain a healthy balance of weight and lifestyle. I have tried every fad diet and exercise regimes and like many others have found that though I managed quick weight loss this was not permanent and was difficult to maintain.
I came across the opportunity to study a Weight Management & Consultancy diploma and whilst learning I found that this was a much better approach and immediately began to see and feel the benefits. Friends then asked me to put together programmes for them (not only for weight reduction but for an overall healthier lifestyle)
This has now prompted me to help others achieve a healthy and active lifestyle.
