About Me
I am an Eclectic Therapist offering predominately Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques with a private Practice in Beverley.
I offer you a safe, supportive and confidential space for therapeutic counselling to address and work through any problems you are experiencing. I work one-to-one and with groups.
I offer Groupwork, Workshops and Training with negotiable fees.
Sessions are face-to-face, usually once a week from my Practice close to the centre of Beverley (optional home visits). I am also available to offer therapeutic groupwork, workshops and training covering a wide range of topics and issues.
