About Me
I fell into the food allergy field by force when my daughter was diagnosed with severe life threatening allergies, asthma, and my son with eczema. As a result my life had to change dramatically and I was thrown into a practical real life crash course in allergies, anaphylaxis, asthma, and the related incidences.
My passion lies in nutrition, and gaurding parents with valuable information and advice to help control their children's condition and bring life changing habits. My aim is to empower children to reach optimal health through understanding and learning new healthy lifestyles.Balanced nutrition means a balanced, more positive lifestyle.
